ICE cotton futures market went down on Tuesday and the turnover was thin as investors sold for profit-taking after March contract touched record high. Cotton contracts for March closed at 77.46 cents per lb, down 50 points and May contract closed at 77.58 cents per lb, down by 55 points. Cotlook A Index kept stable at 88.6cents per pound.
