The western part of the axis of Monsoon trough continues to pass through Sri Ganganagar, Hissar, Gorakhpur and the eastern part of the trough lies close to the foothills of the Himalayas. A cyclonic circulation is seen over Uttarakhand and adjoining West Uttar Pradesh. Another cyclonic circulation lies over Central Pakistan and adjoining Punjab. A third cyclonic circulation is over South Rajasthan and adjoining Kutch and Pakistan region. A fourth cyclonic circulation lies over Odisha and adjoining Bay of Bengal in the mid-levels. An off-shore trough is extending from South Gujarat to Maharastra Coast. A feeble trough is running from Coastal Andhra Pradesh to Coastal Tamil Nadu.
