A Western Disturbance as an upper air system lies over North Jammu and Kashmir. A cyclonic circulation lies over North Haryana in the lower levels. Another cyclonic circulation is seen over parts of West Assam and adjoining Sub-Himalayan West Bengal. A third cyclonic circulation lies over North Odisha at upper tropospheric level. An upper air trough is extending from Jharkhand to West central Bay of Bengal across Odisha and Andhra Pradesh Coast. An off-shore trough is running from Konkan Coast to Kerala Coast. The axis of Monsoon trough passes across North Punjab, Haryana, North Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and towards Northeast Bay of Bengal.
